Receiving

We carefully inspect all products as we receive them. We unbox all items, verify shipment accuracy, check for damaged items, remove or cover unwanted price tags, etc.

Inventory

We will check all products and packing slips with your inventory sheet to ensure quantities and descriptions are correct and recorded. You will be notified promptly via e-mail if there are any discrepancies.

Prepping

We will prepare the items according to our clients wishes while adhering to Amazon FBA requirements. Prepping includes, but is not limited to, applying FNSKU labels and other labels (ie suffocation, do not separate), poly bagging, fragile item bubble wrap, bundling, and final packaging. 

Processing Time

Upon receipt of product, processing time is 24 to 72 hours turn around, with some shipments being processed the same day! An additional 24 hours may be required during October through December.

Shipping

A shipping plan is prepared either by us or by you. Then the products are boxed, labeled and shipped.

Returns

If an item is damaged or does not meet seller specifications, we will take a photo and e-mail it to you with a description of damage, condition, etc.  Once you’ve initiated the return with your supplier, we will repackage the item(s) and ready for return. Once you provide the return shipping label (or we can provide one for a fee), we will promptly ship back to your supplier.

The processing of returns is free of charge and the only costs incurred will be for packaging supplies only (no charge for recycled boxes).
