Receiving
We carefully inspect all products as we receive them. We unbox all items, verify shipment accuracy, check for damaged items, remove or cover unwanted price tags, etc.
Inventory
We will check all products and packing slips with your inventory sheet to ensure quantities and descriptions are correct and recorded. You will be notified promptly via e-mail if there are any discrepancies.
Prepping
We will prepare the items according to your wishes while adhering to Amazon FBA requirements. Prepping includes, but is not limited to, applying FNSKU labels and other labels (ie suffocation, do not separate), poly bagging, fragile item bubble wrap, bundling, and final packaging.
Processing Time
Upon receipt of product, processing time is 24 to 72 business hours turn around, with some shipments being processed the same day. An additional 24 hours may be required during October through December.
Shipping
A shipping plan is prepared either by us or by you. The products are then boxed, labeled and shipped.
Returns
If an item is damaged or does not meet seller specifications, we will take a photo and e-mail it to you with a description of damage, condition, etc. Once you’ve initiated the return with your supplier, we will repackage the item(s) and ready for return. Once you provide the return shipping label (or we can provide one for a fee), we will promptly ship back to your supplier.
The processing of returns is free of charge and the only costs incurred will be for packaging supplies only (no charge for recycled boxes).

Storage Fees
Free storage up to 14 days and prorated after that. Storage charges don't increase during peak times.
Long Term Storage/Small Parcel Storage $15/month per 20x15x10 bin
Pallet Storage $35/month
Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Shipping Plans will be created by either us or you and approved by you.
2. We will not start our processing time until we have an approved shipping plan and the product in stock.
3. Our processing time is 24-72 business hours. An additional 24 hours may be needed from October through December.
4. PayPal.com is currently our only accepted method of payment.
5. All damaged items will be destroyed after 30 days if you do not advise us what to do with the inventory via email.
6. All extra items will be destroyed after 90 days, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
7. Any removals from Amazon that do not have your name on them will be destroyed.
8. We will provide our fee reimbursements to you for products that have been mislabeled by Cloud Peak Prep and Ship LLC. We require that the products are sent back to Cloud Peak Prep and Ship LLC and we will provide pictures to you of mislabeled items. On the occasion that the items are not mislabeled, and Amazon is at fault, Cloud Peak Prep and Ship LLC will not provide fee reimbursements.
9. Cloud Peak Prep and Ship LLC reserves the right to retain inventory for unpaid invoices.
10. Cloud Peak Prep and Ship LLC will not disclose or use any supplier information to any outside, third-party.
